He gained much experience from different settings in the nursing industry. Apart being a Speciality Nurse in Hospital Authority, he was a Senior Programme Manager at The Open University of Hong Kong, and an Honorary Clinical Nursing Instructor for different universities, including The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and The Open University of Hong Kong.
