2. Payment Methods

Choose one of the methods below after completing the Order Form:

• Online Payment
  • If you would like to have the add-on purchase of the Badges, please enter the amount in Column 7: Charity Sale Amount manually.
  • e.g. If you would like to order 1 set of Bear and 1 set of Badges, please enter “230” in Column 7: Charity Sale Amount.

• Bank Transfer: HSBC 848-037594-292
  • Please email the bank transfer record to [email protected] .
• By cheque
  • Crossed cheque made payable to “Tung Wah College Limited” (with name, phone number and “TWC Bear Charity Sale” indicated on the back)
  • Mail the cheque to: Communications and Public Relations Office, Tung Wah College, 18/F, Ma Kam Chan Memorial Building ,31 Wylie Road, Homantin, Hong Kong.

3. Confirmation

An email will be sent to your registered email within 5 days upon confirmation of registration and payment. For self-pick-up, please collect the gift within the designated period as indicated in the email. If you have chosen “Delivery”, we will send a notification email with the tracking number.

4. Pick Up Option

• Self-pick-up on the day of Graduation Ceremony:
  • A notification email stating the collection point and time will be sent prior to the Graduation Ceremony. Please present the email for verification upon collection.
• Self-pick-up before the Graduation Ceremony:
  • Please collect your gift within the designated period as indicated in the email in person at 18/F, Ma Kam Chan Memorial Building, 31 Wylie Road, Homantin. Please present the email for verification upon collection.
• By courier:
  • The expected delivery time will be 1 to 3 weeks upon confirmation of registration and payment. The cost will be paid by the recipient directly to the courier. TWC will not be responsible for any delay, damage or loss of delivery.

5. Receipt

Official receipt (non-tax deductible) will be issued upon request.
