Biography
Dr. Mark Tsang is currently the Assistant Professor of the School of Arts and Humanities at Tung Wah College. He has been serving Tung Wah College since the college establishment in 2012. Before servicing at Tung Wah College, Dr. Tsang was the lecturer at The Chinese University of Hong Kong – TWGH Community College, and the part-time lecturer at The HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE) teaching programmes offered by the University of London.
 
Dr. Tsang is the General Education Coordinator of Tung Wah College. He contributed in the design of the General Education Framework of the College, which started its implementation in 2018. Dr. Tsang has extensive teaching experience in various quantitative subjects, such as statistics, information technology, health informatics, and creative and critical thinking in tertiary institutions in Hong Kong.
 
Dr. Tsang’s research interest includes information technologies, health informatics and general education. He also serves in providing statistical advices on research projects in different disciplines, such as health science and early childhood education. He is currently the editorial board members of peer-reviewed journals, such as International Journal of Higher Education, Frontiers in Public Health and Frontiers in Psychiatry.
