Biography
Nancy is an experienced educator specializing in early childhood education, higher education, and program leadership. She holds a Master of Education in Special Education from the University of Sydney and a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education from the University of Hong Kong.
 
Her expertise includes strategic development and governance of early childhood initiatives, educational coaching, and engaging stakeholders, including parents and the community. Nancy has successfully managed large-scale funded projects and provided training for young mothers, foster parents, educators, and families. With her expertise, she empowers educators to enhance their teaching practices, foster inclusive learning environments, and engage in continuous improvement and reflective teaching practice.
 
Her teaching areas include inclusive education, universal design for learning, children’s literature, and curriculum development, with an emphasis on children's agency and well-being, as well as a strength-based approach to learning and parenting. Having studied and worked in Australia and South Korea, she brings valuable insights into comparative early childhood education.
