Message from Director of Human Resources

 

The Human Resources Office (HRO) is responsible for provision of quality, efficient and proactive human resources (HR) services and the development of HR policies, regulations and guidelines to enable the College to attract, motivate, develop and retain a competent and competitive workforce so that they may adapt well to change and cope with increasing demands from the changing internal and external environments.

The current HR functions and services includes staff appointment and deployment, manpower planning, staff training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration and staff relations.
