The appointee will be responsible for all aspects of academic activities through teaching, research, and consultancy; participating in programme development and validation exercises; taking the initiative in promoting good teaching and collaborative research; increasing the publication output and raising the level of consultancies in respective discipline(s); guiding the College in enhancing its visibility and strengthening its local and international standing and connections; and taking up responsibilities in academic and departmental administration.
Applicants should possess a PhD degree / Professional Doctorate in a relevant discipline with sufficient years of relevant experience in teaching in the tertiary education sector, programme development and/ or programme leadership; a valid practicing certificate issued by the Occupational Therapists Board or relevant professional body; publications in journals (desirably with international reputation) and with high impact in the relevant discipline; and demonstration as an active researcher.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
