The appointee is expected to perform, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Prepare reports for various parties regarding subvention/subsidy schemes and other monthly supporting schedules;
- Assist the supervisor in budget control for approved projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and arrange external audits when necessary for individual projects;
- Support ERP system implementation and other system enhancements;
- Support month-end closing process and prepare year-end schedules;
- Support students’ billings, handle student inquiries and other related matters; and
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Applicants should:
- Possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting or related discipline;
- Have at least 3 years of relevant accounting working experience;
- Be good at figures and familiar with MS office software applications (Word and Excel);
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and be good at multi-tasking;
- Possess good interpersonal skills and language proficiency;
- Be a good team member and able to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
Candidates with less experience and academic qualifications may be considered.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
