Registry Manager / Assistant Registry Manager

Duties

The appointee will be required to:

  1. assist the Assistant Registrars in one or more of the following functions:
    1. represent the College at recruitment events including information sessions, expos, admission talks, campus tours, taster programmes for promotion and admission;
    2. develop comprehensive plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely execution of admission-related events and college-wide activities, including Inauguration, Graduation Ceremonies, Info Day, and other key events;
    3. utilize CRM, student information, and admission systems to streamline admissions and recruitment processes, ensuring efficient data management and effective communication with prospective students;
    4. build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including schools and networks, to increase enrolment;
    5. work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate effective communication;
    6. maintain accurate student records, support reporting and analysis, and utilize data-driven insights to improve enrollment strategies;
    7. student support services such as programme and course registration, timetabling, examination and graduation;
    8. academic regulation formulation, review and implementation;
    9. production of publications and reports such as prospectus/admission handbook, admission flyers, etc.; and
    10. grant and loan and scholarship matters;
  2. take up the secretaryship of high level and important committees independently; and
  3. perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

Applicants should:

  1. possesses a recognised degree;
  2. have at least eight yearof relevant experience;
  3. have managerial experience in education, especially post-secondary institutes or as career master / teacher in secondary schools would be an advantage;
  4. have strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously; and
  5. have proficiency in CRM systems, admissions software, student information systems. Preference will be given to candidates with good knowledge in programming and IT.
  6. Immediate availability would be an advantage.

 

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Registry Manager.

 

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
