The appointee will provide support to the project “Self-administered auricular acupressure integrated with a smartphone application for weight reduction in patients with obesity accompanied with obesity-related comorbid illness(es): A randomised controlled clinical trial” (自助耳穴貼壓配合智能手機應用程式(APP)對患有與肥胖相關的合併症之肥胖者的隨機對照臨床試驗). He/she will be required but not limited to:

• reviewing literature; providing administrative support;
• ethical application;
• conducting TCM diagnosis differentiation;
• administration of therapy;
• collecting and analyzing quantitative data;
• assisting the research team in preparing research reports; and
• performing any other duties as assigned by the project leader.

Applicants should have:

• a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine;
• a valid license as a Registered TCM Practitioner;
• a preferred two years of relevant post-qualification experience;
• good interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
• proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English;
• the ability to multitask independently; and
• a good mastery of SPSS and experience in quantitative data analysis are preferred.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
