Cards for Good

We have designed some exquisite greeting cards that are perfect for every occasion, be it a birthday, a thank you note or just a little hello to a loved one.

Size of Card: 153mm (H) x 102mm (W)

Charity Price: HK$100 each set (Comes in a set of 6)

Administrative costs will not be deducted from the donations to ensure all raised funds will go to support college development.

Procedures

1. Charity Sale Registration

Download Form

Choose a payment method after registration

· Online payment

· By cheque: Crossed cheque made payable to “Tung Wah College Limited” (with name, phone number and “Cards for Good” indicated on the back)

· Bank Transfer: HSBC 848-037594-292

Mail the cheque or pay-in-slip /proof to

Communications and Public Relations Office, Tung Wah College, 18/F, Ma Kam Chan Memorial Building ,31 Wylie Road, Homantin, Hong Kong.

2. Confirmation

Upon the receipt of registration and payment, we will contact you by phone or email within 10 working days to confirm details.

If you still haven’t received our phone confirmation after 10 working days, please feel free to call us at 3190 6791.

3. Pick Up Option

· Self pick-up: Pick up the greeting cards in person at the Communications and Public Relations Office, Tung Wah College at 18/F, Ma Kam Chan Memorial Building, 31 Wylie Road, Homantin, Hong Kong.

· By courier: We will deliver the greeting cards to the specified address, and the cost will be paid by the recipient directly to the courier. Tung Wah College will not be responsible for any delay, damage or loss in delivery.

4. Official Receipt

Official receipt (Non-tax deductible) will be issued upon request.
