- Assist in coordinating lectures with the team and communicating with speakers and the execution team;
- Liaise with collaboration organizations, execute projects, manage data statistics, accounts, and logistics, contact and engage with the community and individual units, hire temporary staff, arrange online platform videos, promotional work, etc.
- 協助執行團隊核對講座教才,聯繫講者與執行團隊溝通;
- 少數族裔組織聯系,執行項目、數據统計、帳目及物流管理,聯絡及接觸社區,及個別單位,聘請臨時員工,網上平台短片安排、宣傳工作等等。
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, public health, marketing, or a related field;
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a degree or certificate related to traditional Chinese medicine, or those with project management experience in relevant fields, especially in healthcare.
- 具備醫學、藥學、公共衛生、市場營銷或相關領域的本科或以上學位;
- 持有中醫藥相關學位或證書者優先考慮,或持相關領域的項目管理經驗、特別是在醫療、健康方面。
