• New Year 1 / Senior year full-time local students admitted to the Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Gerontology programme via direct admission (i.e. via non-JUPAS application) with QF Level 3 or above qualifications and with excellent academic achievements

(Recipient of the "Lee Man Tat and Choi May Ling Charitable Foundation – Entrance Scholarship" cannot be awarded with the "Lee Man Tat and Choi May Ling Charitable Foundation – Outstanding Performance Scholarship" in the same academic year)

• Continuing students of the Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Gerontology programme with a cGPA of 3.0 or above at the end of the previous academic year

• Continuing students of the Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Gerontology programme with a significant improvement in their academic performance (i.e. cGPA attained) in two consecutive academic years
