1. The Scholarship is set up with a total sum of HK$160,000. (HK$40,000 for each academic year, effective from 2024/2025, 2025/2026, 2026/2027 and 2027/2028, totaling 4 years.)
2. The number of awards is ONE FEMALE BSc(MI) student who has outstanding performance in the programme with a bonding of 18 months of employment at Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation (HKBCF) after graduation.
3. The Scholarship will last for FOUR years (awarded for academic years 2024/2025, 2025/2026, 2026/2027 and 2027/2028).
4. If the budget of the donor allows, the scholarship will be continued afterwards.

Selection Criteria

The Scholarship shall be granted to ONE FEMALE BSc(MI) student who has met the following criteria:

1. She newly admitted to the full time BSc(MI) offered by TWC through first year entry; and
2. She attained Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) scores at 21 or above in 5 subjects in the academic year before admission to TWC; and
3. She has a cGPA 3.0 or above for 3 out of 4 years of her study; and
4. She must be employed by HKBCF for a continuous period of not less than 18 months after graduation; and
5. Failing to meet the cGPA requirements or the employment bonding, she will have to reimburse the College the full amount of the scholarship awarded.
