For students who are not available on the specified date, please send an email to inform the Registry (twcadmission@twc.edu.hk) and authorise another person to come for registration.  The authorisation form can be downloaded from https://www.twc.edu.hk/en/Administration_Units/reg/download_area.
 
Registration Process
  1. Programme registration will take about 20 minutes, during which the Student ID card (for students who have submitted photos earlier) and other relevant information will be distributed to the students.  The following documents are required for registration:
  • Original of identification documents
    • Local students: e.g. HKID Card (Permanent), One-way Permit for Entry to Hong Kong
    • Non-local students: e.g. student visa
  • Original of confirmation of admission offer
  • Original and copy of HKDSE / HKALE and HKCEE certificates or results notice from the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) or certificates of other public examinations (if applicable)
  • Original payment receipt / bank advice of the first instalment of tuition fee
  • A duly completed application form for the Non-means-tested Subsidy Scheme for Self-financing Undergraduate Studies in Hong Kong (NMTSS) (for eligible students only)
  • A duly completed declaration form for the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP)  (for Higher Diploma in Health Science and Higher Diploma in Nursing students only)
  • A duly signed parent/guardian consent form (for students under the age of 18 as of 1 September 2019 only)
  1. For students who studied at TWC before but left the College prior to graduation, they can only register AFTER completing the clearance procedures for official withdrawal of study / de-registration from the previous programme.
 
 
Tuition Fees
Students are required to pay the first instalment of tuition fee before registration.  Please refer to the tuition fee information provided by the Finance Office (enquiry hotline: 3468 6638).  Should a student fail to settle the first instalment of tuition fee by the stipulated schedule, the admission offer will be released to other applicants.  Applications for deferral of payment would ONLY be considered for those students who are receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance.  Documentary proof must be provided.
