Selection Criteria Scholarship Amount per Head Total No. to be Offered
  • Student must be a Hong Kong permanent resident with the right of abode in Hong Kong
  • Student must be a full-time local Associate Degree or Higher Diploma student studying in Government subvented programmes or self-financed programmes with a minimum cumulative grade point average (cGPA) score of 3.3 or in the top 10% of the class / department, or equivalent, in the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year

Remark
Preference will be given to students from disadvantaged backgrounds
