01. Go to the Sign-in page of the TWC Admission System at www.twc.edu.hk/admission.
02. Go to Programme Registration
03. Go to Step 1: Upload Passport Photo and click ‘here’.
04. Click ‘Choose file’ for the photo in your student ID card and click ‘Upload Photo’.
Only JPG file format is accepted.
You will see ‘Record Successfully Updated. Step 1 completed successfully’ after submission.
05. Go to Step 2: Fill in Emergency Contact and click ‘here’.
06. Input your emergency contacts and click ‘Update Emergency Contacts’.
You will see ‘Record Successfully Updated. Step 2 successfully completed’ after submission.
07. Go to Step 3: Upload Documents and click ‘here’.
08. For local students, follow the instructions to upload the required identity document(s) and click ‘Choose File’.
For holders of HKID (non-permanent), please upload both your copy of HKID and a supporting document for your claim of local status.
09. For non-local students, follow the instructions to upload the required identity document(s) and click ‘Choose File’.
Mainland students: Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau (港澳通行證)
Non-Mainland students: Passport
Either one document is required
10. For students aged under 18, upload a complete letter of consent and click ‘Choose File’.
11. For Non-Chinese-Speaking students, refer to Note 1 of the requirement and upload one of the listed documents and click ‘Choose File’.
12. After completion of Part I to Part III, click ‘Upload Docs’.
You will see ‘Document(s) has/have been uploaded successfully’ after submission.
13. Go to Step 4: Fill in PDVF (Personal Data Verification Form) and click ‘here’.
14. Check the appropriate box to confirm whether the information is correct. If you select ‘Incorrect’, please enter the correct information in the space provided.
15. Indicate whether you are a local or non-local student and select the identity document you hold and your origin, if applicable.
16. Indicate whether you are Non-Chinese Speaking Student, and fill in your ethnicity and language, if applicable.
17. Read the important notes.
18. Read the Declaration and check the boxes.
Click ‘Submit’ when you have confirmed that all information is correct.
You will see ‘Record Successfully Updated.and Step 4 successfully updated’ after submission.
19. Upon completion, you will receive an email as acknowledgement. If further action is required, please follow the details in the email and update the relevant information within the Admission System at www.twc.edu.hk/admission.
