Support for Students with Special Education Needs
We are committed to developing a barrier-free learning environment and provide equal opportunities in the academic pursuits of students with special needs.  With concerted support of academic and administration units, SAO strives to render care and support to students with special needs to enhance their participation in academic activities and campus life of the College.

Enquiry and Contact
As the needs of each student may be unique, we encourage students with special needs to disclose to us their needs, so that support could be arranged and provided.  Students inneed should complete the TWC_SEN Declaration form as early as possible.  All personal information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
 
Regarding to Special Examination Arrangement, please submit the completed and signed form together with relevant supporting evidence to Student Affairs Office. Late application may not be processed, or desired services may not be provided.

Bursaries, Scholarships and Other Support
Various bursaries and scholarships are available to support students with special needs financially to aid their academic pursuit:
  • 周大福慈善基金–精神科醫療資助計劃
    • 支援有經濟困難而需要接受精神科治療的25歲或以下人士在輪候公立醫院精神科專科門診期間,可以盡快接受私家精神科醫生治療,以免影響病情。
