ApplicationStudents with Special Educational Needs can complete and submit a Special Educational Needs Declaration Form, along with supporting documents such as a psychologist's report, registered teacher's report, letter from a medical practitioner, statement of special educational needs, or a DSE special arrangement note, among other relevant documents. All SEN students are welcome to declare their needs throughout the academic year. We would appreciate it if SEN students could submit their declaration at the start of each academic semester, as the administration process for arranging the necessary support takes time.An individual meeting would be scheduled with the SEN students to evaluate and review their applications for special arrangement of assessments in Semesters One and Two.An individual meeting would be scheduled with the SEN students to review the special arrangement for Semester Three upon request of the students; or otherwise, the special arrangement for Semester Three would follow that of Semester Two.All applications would be assessed by the SEN Coordinator throughout the year. Recommendations on support services for SEN students would be submitted to respective Programme Leaders for further review and approval.Shall there be any questions, please contact SAO via email at [email protected] or telephone at 852 3190 6660.
