Commitment of the Tung Wah College towards Sexual Harassment Prevention
Tung Wah College is committed to providing a harmonious learning environment for all students. The College will not tolerate any acts of sexual harassment, which are prohibited by law.
The College has established a policy and procedure to address allegations or complaints of sexual harassment. Details on the definition, complaint procedures, and the College's process for sexual harassment prevention can be found in the student handbook under the following section:
