Our Mission, Vision and KPI

Mission
Information Technology Services Office strives to contribute in enhancing teaching and learning and maintaining smooth operations of all units in the College with the use of information and communication technology.
 
Vision
Information Technology Services Office provides value-added services in optimized cost with new technology for institution development, teaching and learning, research and administration of the College to become a renowned privately-funded tertiary institution in five years.
 
Key Performance Indicators
Information Technology Services Office will achieve:
  • At least 70% of service requests are solved instantly by our staff within one day
  • At most 5% of service requests are overdue as promised
  • At most 20% of service requests are escalated to senior for handling
  • At most 5 days of unplanned service outage
  • At most 3 days of web services outage
  • At most the following duration for on-site ITAV setup requests:-

(Facility needs to be available during setup time)
30 minutes per equipment# during ITSO operating hours

#Equipment refers to simple equipment such as PA System, Portable Projector, Screen, Wifi Access Point, Printer, Scanner, Computer, Laptop, TV trolley, AppleTV, Telephone, etc but do not refer to complicated systems such as Videoconference, Simultaneous Interpretation System, Video-broadcasting and recording, Video-editing, Video-encoding, etc.
