Staff Portal (Staff Only)

Staff Portal provides all academic and administrative units to share the policies and guidelines, forms, and other documents to all staff. The Staff Portal is built on SharePoint Server 2019. Compared with the file server (S-Drive and Y-Drive), Staff will have the following benefits in Staff Portal.

1. Manage documents with access and version control.
2. Allow documents to be shared with all staff, staff in the same unit and specific staff for collaboration and communication.
3. Make documents easily searchable.

Introduction to Staff Portal PowerPoint File

1. Go to Web address: https://staffportal.twc.edu.hk or access via TWC Website > Staff > TWC Portal
2. Use College Email and Password to login

1. New, open, edit, upload or download a document in a Collegewide library
   
2. Information Types, Display, Subjects
   
3. New link in a library
   
4. Copy or move a document in a library
   
5. View and restore document from version history
   
6. Copy the link of a library document
   
7. Recycle bin
