What is “WhatsApp the Library”? 
Using WhatsApp, you can now send your questions to the library and get faster feedback.
 
How do I use it? 
All you need is a mobile device on which WhatsApp is installed. Then simply send us a message at 5575-1564  .
 
What can I use it for?
The service is best suited to quick and simple questions that can be answered in a short reply. For more in-depth enquiries, contact us via one of the following methods:
  • Phone number: 3190-6650 (KPC) or 3725-6208 (KHC)
  • Email us at lb@twc.edu.hk
  • In person at Circulation Counter on 5/F King’s Park Campus or Room K1608 at Kwai Hing Campus.
Please call or visit us in person if your question is urgent. This service does not support voice or video messages.
 
When can I use it? 
Monday to Friday (except Public holidays) from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Enquiry received beyond the service hours would be answered on the next working day.
